Do you offer other sizes?  

     Although the aprons pictured are one-size, we do offer custom aprons made to your size specifications! Email teancrumpetsshop@gmail.com to inquire further.

Can you make custom aprons?  

     Yes, we are happy to make a custom apron. Just send us your specific requests (i.e. theme, color, size) and we are happy to produce an apron just for you!

Where are your aprons made?

      Crafted in the USA one at a time.

What fabrics do you use? 

     We use high grade 100% cotton

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

How do I clean my Tea n' Crumpets items?  

     Most items are machine washable. The product will specify if it is hand-wash-only.

Can I spot clean my items? 

     Yes, you can spot clean with a mild soap or detergent.

​

Can I use bleach on my items?  

     Bleach is not recommended due to fading of colors.

How Long will it take for my order to ship?

     Our average processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. During holiday seasons, these times are extended to 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?  

     Order cancellations are available up to 12 hours after purchase. If something is wrong with your order or you wish to change it for any reason please contact teancrumpetsshop@gmail.com

Where is My Order?  

     Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track it directly to your door.

What is the average delivery time?

     Depending on your location, most deliveries using Standard Shipping will take  3-5 business days once the package has begun tracking.

Do you ship internationally?  

     We are not offering international shipping at this time.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping? 

     Yes, we can expedite your order for an additional charge. Just select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

What Is Tea n' Crumpets Return Policy? 

     If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items in their original condition for a Tea n' Crumpets store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded as part of the store credit.

What If My Delivered Order Is Damaged? 

     Contact us to report a damaged package and we will try to correct the problem to the best of our ability.

Can I exchange my item?  

     We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Do you offer repairs?
